Very interesting article in the most recent issue of Newsweek magazine about a woman who decided to accept every single date proposal, regardless of how she thought the date would go or what she thought of the person. She ended up going on 150 dates, including a homeless man, several non-English speakers, 10 taxi drivers, two lesbians and a mime.
She ended up meeting a divorced playwright 25 years older than her with two children, and they married in 2003.
She wrote a memoir of the experience, "The Year of Yes," which is now in bookstores.
